Lucida has been confirmed as the Gold Sponsor of the National Association for Pension Funds' (NAPF) 2008 conference & exhibition, 8 - 10 October, Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre, Glasgow.

The NAPF Annual Conference & Exhibition is the most important event of the year for anyone involved in pensions, and brings together hundreds of top pensions professionals. From pensions managers and trustees, to finance directors and HR staff, to scheme sponsors and their advisers.

 

Lucida has elected to sponsor the Trustee Learning Zone, a special feature added this year to provide greater opportunities for Trustees to listen and share advice on key topics. Andrew Stoker, Chief Actuary at Lucida leads the programme with a session focussed on the Bulk Annuity buy-out market.

Jonathan Bloomer, Chief Executive of Lucida will also be presenting on the final day (Friday) of the conference in a debate entitled "This House believes that the state, not employers or individuals, should bear the risk of rising longevity". Jonathan is speaking against the motion in what should prove to be an interesting and lively debate.
